Access to the Park

Of course. The shuttle buses wait for the park to close before heading back to Roissy. However, Parc Asterix cannot be held responsible for problems occurring during the return trip.

Animals are not accepted in the park. For a charge kennel services are available at car park No. 6. An individual cage and water are provided, but there is no provision for treatment. A certificate of vaccination will be requested by the agent responsible. Reminder: the kennels are closed in winter.

When you arrive at the ticket booths at the entrance to the park you can arrange a meeting place with your children in front of the Maison de l’Oise which is to the left of the turnstiles at the entrance.

We discourage access to Parc Astérix to minors who are not accompanied; however, we do accept young people aged 13 and older. Parents are held responsible nevertheless.

Yes, ask the parking attendant who will indicate the spots reserved for disabled parking. They are situated in car parks P1 and P2, near the ticket booths.

If you present a card attesting to 80% disability, access to attractions is usually conducted through the exits. Identify yourself at the welcome desk and a special guide for the disabled will assist you during your visit. The number of guides is limited.

Of course. Before paying simply inform the attendant who will indicate the spots reserved for dropping people off at the park.

It means that, in the case of closure due to high visitor numbers, no ticket has priority. Closures are rare and usually happen on a Sunday. For this reason it is preferable to arrive at the park before 10AM.

Payment includes parking rights and road tolls (there is no toll booth when you exit at Parc Astérix).
Tickets

Tickets are valid until the date indicated on them. Please check this.

A 2-day ticket is to be used for 2 consecutive days.

Invitations, like special offers, are valid for one season only.

At the ticket booths at the entrance you can pay a supplement to convert a child’s ticket to an adult ticket.

You can buy a ticket without a specific date from the ticket booths at the entrance. It will be valid for an entire season. Be sure to indicate to the cashier that you do not want a ticket for a specific date. You can also purchase an Open Ticket online.

Group tickets are available for purchases of 20 tickets or more. To receive your tickets by post, payment must be made upon booking, at least 3 weeks in advance.

Once you are 60 – on the condition that you show identification, a carte émeraude or a carte vermeil.

To qualify for a reduction through FNAC, the purchase has to take place at a FNAC retail outlet.

This means of payment is not accepted within the park or at the ticket booths.

"Chèques vacances" are accepted in all catering outlets, car parks and ticket booths. We do not give change. You can supplement these with other means of payment to make up the exact amount.
Cathering facilities in the Park

Parc Astérix is not authorised to accept “cheques restaurant”.

There is a vast array of choice for all food lovers from the numerous onsite restaurants: 6 themed restaurants, a crepe shop, 4 sandwich places, 1 bakery and 11 sweet/savoury snack stands.
Attractions and shows

In the event of heavy rain or a storm, for health and safety reasons, we may be obliged to close down attractions temporarily (reminder: no reimbursements shall be made due to weather conditions).

The timetable for shows varies according to visitor numbers. As these cannot be known in advance, it is impossible to communicate a timetable for shows ahead of time. However, the day of your visit timetables are communicated at the entrance to the site.

For your security, it is strictly forbidden.

Purchases in the Park

Send your article along with the receipt to: Permanence Services Marchands - Parc Astérix - BP8 – 60128 – Plailly - France. This department will take care of the exchange.

We do not have shops outside the park. We recommend that you make the most of your visit to purchase any items that interest you!

We have an even better solution! The “Smart Service” allows you to leave your purchases in the shops, to profit fully from your day, and, at the end of your visit, from 4.30pm onwards, to pick up everything you bought at the entrance to the park.

At our welcome desk, at the entrance to the park, you can borrow a wheelchair for the day. You will need to show some identification and leave a deposit of €20. Reminder: the number of wheel chairs is limited.

All children who are lost are taken to the Welcome Desk. To avoid this kind of problem, do not hesitate to arrange an agreed meeting place. Parc Astérix also provides bracelets that allow you to indicate clearly the identity of the child and the telephone number where you can be reached.

We can provide prams for rent 5€.

We do not have a taxi service but it is possible to call a taxi from the Welcome Desk.

Yes, there are post boxes at the Welcome Service.

Yes, there are 3 ATM machines in the park, 2 at the entrance at the “Crédit Latin”, and the other at the post office which is in the middle of the park, Rue de Paris.
