Due to health constraints, you must now choose a date to use your tickets.


You have a :

- 2021 date ticket valid from 9 June 2021 including: go to the park on the day indicated on your ticket. You don't need to go through the reservation system.

- Ticket date 2020 and / or 2021 not used due to the closure periods linked to the health situation: your tickets are automatically extended until January 2, 2022 (depending on the park opening schedule).

- "CSE Christmas Tree" ticket valid for a date from November 7 to December 13, 2020. Before booking your visit, please contact your CSE, COS or Staff Association to find out the solution chosen for your ticket (extension validity, transformation into an undated ticket office, postponement of the event to a later date ...). In the case of an extension or transformation into an undated ticket valid for a free visit until January 2, 2022, please pre-register online.

- Undated ticket :

     - Purchased in 2019 or 2020 initially valid until January 3, 2021 (date indicated on the ticket). Your tickets are extended until January 2, 2022.
     - Purchased in 2020 initially valid until January 2, 2022 (date indicated on the ticket). Your tickets are extended until July 10, 2022.
     - Purchased in 2021 valid until January 2, 2022 or January 1, 2023 (date indicated on the ticket).

Examples : Ticket purchased from a Social and Economic Committee or a reseller (CGOS, APAS, PROWEB-MEYCLUB, AGOSPAP, TOULOISIRS, etc.), Freedom ticket purchased on the Parc Astérix site or in Mass Distribution.

- Period ticket: Fear of the Park (valid from October 3 to November 1, 2020) or Christmas (valid from December 19, 2020 to January 3, 2021) purchased from a CSE or a Reseller. Your tickets are automatically extended until January 2, 2022.

     - Dated 2020 or 2021 not used due to the closure periods linked to the health situation: your vouchers are automatically extended until 02/01/2022.

You don't need to go through the reservation system. A specific dedicated counter will be open on site to collect your ticket upon delivery of the voucher.

* Only for holders of a Veepee Season 2020 voucher. Does not apply to dated Veepee Season 2021 tickets.

 

- Stays from June 8, 2021

Your tickets will be given to you on the day of your arrival at the hotel reception. You don't need to go through the reservation system.

- Gaulois Noël et Premium : the validity of your pass is extended until January 2, 2022.

It is not necessary to collect a new access card from the park ticket offices on the day of your first visit. You will be able to access the park with the card currently in your possession.

Season Pass 2021

You do not have your access card :

1/ If you have not purchased your Season Pass on the Parc Astérix website (Social Economic Committee, Reseller, France Billet, Ticket Master, etc.), start by registering your Pass by clicking here. Otherwise, go directly to step 2.

2/ You do not need to book your first visit, go to the Parc Astérix ticket offices with your Season Pass purchase confirmation and your ID to collect your access card.

3/ You will need to book from your second visit.

1. Do you have a voucher (Veepee, Groupon, Ticketmaster, Agence de Voyage, Tour Opérateur, …) ?
A specific dedicated counter will be open to welcome visitors in possession of a voucher purchased through a travel agency, a Tour Operator, Veepee, Ticketmaster. The booking confirmation will be given on the day of your visit to collect your ticket.

2. Is it possible to use a holiday vouchers, ANCV ?
These payment methods can be used in the Park in cash desks and restaurants. Please note that due to health restrictions, on-site sales are suspended for the moment.

3. How to benefit from the rates for people with disabilities ?
A specific counter will be open to welcome visitors with disabilities on presentation of the disability card (orange), the priority card for people with disabilities (purple) or the mobility inclusion card. Only one person can benefit from the accompanying rate per person with a disability. An accompanying person must be at least 15 years old and must be able to help the person with reduced mobility he is accompanying.

4.How can I benefit from a promotional offer valid only at the park ticket offices?
A counter will be open to take advantage of the discounts. Please present yourself on the day of your visit with the supporting document to be provided in order to collect the tickets.

5. How to reach the reservations center?
For all your requests, contact us by phone at + 33 9 86 86 86 87 (free number) from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Due to a large number of expected calls, unusual wait times may be observed.

Parc Astérix has rethought its entire organization, in order to guarantee the safety of its visitors and its teams:

- Physical distance of 1m and marking on the ground of 2.50m in the queues

- Wearing a mask compulsory on the whole site from 11 years old

- Wearing of the mask by all staff

- 900 hydroalcoholic gel distribution points are available everywhere throughout the Park and in hotels

All of the measures in the health protocol have been developed in accordance with the recommendations of the authorities and following government announcements.

QUESTIONS - ANSWERS

1. What is the cleaning plan for Parc Astérix ?
An exceptional cleaning and disinfection plan has been put in place by Parc Astérix. In the Parc, the toilets are disinfected very regularly, as are the queues for the attractions. Specific bins are available in the Parc and in hotels for used masks, gloves and handkerchiefs. In hotels, rooms, in particular, are left to stand at least 3 hours before the chambermaids intervene. Signage is also visible to remind people of the barrier gestures and the specific measures put in place.

2. Do we have to wear a mask ?
Wearing a mask is compulsory (from 11 years old) on the whole site (shops, restaurants, alleys and hotels). The Parc Astérix teams also wear a mask. It is advisable to bring several masks for the day; masks are on sale at the entrance to the Park (fabric mask € 8, and single-use mask € 1.90 for a set of.

3. From what age is it compulsory to wear a mask ?
Wearing a mask is compulsory for people aged 11 and over.

4. Can we disinfect our hands in the Park?
Yes, visitors can disinfect their hands in the Park, in hotels, in all sanitary facilities and places intended for this purpose. Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available in the Park and in hotels, particularly at the boarding point of each attraction and in the sanitary facilities. 900 distribution points have been set up.

5. What about physical distancing?
Physical distancing in the queues is done between each family by marking on the ground every 2.50m. The physical distance of 1m must be respected throughout the Park and in the hotels.

6. What are the solutions to limit contact during payments?
Contactless payment by credit card (limited to € 50 but possible several times a day depending on the bank) is recommended for payments in shops and restaurants.
