    We have an even better solution! The “Smart Service” allows you to leave your purchases in the shops, to profit fully from your day, and, at the end of your visit, from 4.30pm onwards, to pick up everything you bought at the "Grand Marché de Lutèce".

  • I would like to exchange an article that has a defect. What should I do?

    Send your article along with the receipt to: Permanence Services Marchands - Parc Astérix - BP8 – 60128 – Plailly - France. This department will take care of the exchange.

    We do not have shops outside the park. We recommend that you make the most of your visit to purchase any items that interest you!

  • I lost something during my visit, whom should I contact?

    Contact the Welcome Service, which is in charge of lost and found, on 00 33 3 44 62 31 90 or send an email to the following address: [email protected].

  • If my child goes missing onsite, whom should I contact?

    All children who are lost are taken to the Welcome Desk. To avoid this kind of problem, do not hesitate to arrange an agreed meeting place. Parc Astérix also provides bracelets that allow you to indicate clearly the identity of the child and the telephone number where you can be reached.

  • Are prams available inside the park?

    We can provide prams for rent 5€.

  • Where can I find a wheel chair?

    At the reception, at the entrance of the Park, you can rent an armchair for 10 € per day (+ a deposit of 50 € in cash) on presentation of an identity document. Please note, wheelchairs are limited.

    We do not have a taxi service but it is possible to call a taxi from the Welcome Desk.

    Yes, there are 3 ATM machines in the park, 2 at the entrance at the “Crédit Latin”, and the other at the post office which is in the middle of the park, Rue de Paris.
