How do I request prizes for a raffle or fair?

Our park collaborates with activities such as raffle and fair organized by numerous educational institutions, associations and services related to childhood (leisure centers, neighborhood houses...)

Invitations are awarded if your institution meets the following criteria:

• You organized a group outing (minimum of 20 people) to our park in 2025.
• Your institution or association has not already received prizes in the previous year.
• Your institution or association is located in Hauts-de-France or the Paris region.
  

If your application falls within the above allocation criteria, we invite you to send us the following 2 documents:

• A letter with the header of the school or association, including the date of the event, a signature (by the President or Director), stamped by the institution, and mentioning the SIRET number.
• A duplicate of an invoice for a group outing dated 2025
  

You must MANDATORILY send us your request via mail (no prize requests will be processed via email). The mail must necessarily include:

• An A4-sized envelope postage-paid for 100g
