How do I request prizes for a raffle or fair?

Our park collaborates with initiatives such as raffles and fairs from numerous schools, associations, and services related to children (leisure centers, community centers...)

Invitations are granted if your establishment meets the following criteria:

• You have organized a group outing (minimum 20 people) to our park in 2024.
• Your establishment or association has not already received prizes the previous year.
• Your establishment or association is located in the Hauts-de-France region or in the Paris region.
  

If your request falls within the above allocation framework, we invite you to send us the following 2 documents:

• A letter on the letterhead of the school or association, with the date of the event and the signature (of the President or Director), stamped by the establishment and mentioning the SIRET.
• A duplicate invoice for a group outing dated 2024
  

You must MANDATORILY send your request by mail (no requests for prizes will be processed by email). The letter must include MANDATORILY:

• A prepaid A4 envelope for 100g

Please allow one month to receive a response to your request. Positive responses are not guaranteed. We have a limited overall quantity of prizes.
