The Gift Card can be used at the Park or via the Contact Centre.

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It can be used for any ticket purchase and additional services (food & beverage and shops), excluding any other product or service (including parking, tobacco products, Monnaie de Paris items, drink vending machines, skill games, etc.). 

It is accepted as a payment method for all purchases made in restaurants, shops, at the Park’s ticket counters (excluding hotel reception desks), and via the Contact Centre.

The Gift Card can be used in one or several transactions.

The remaining balance and validity date can be checked via the mobile application after creating a customer account, and can also be provided to customers in the various Park shops.

If the value of the Gift Card is insufficient to cover the amount of the purchase, the customer may pay the remaining balance using another payment method, in accordance with the Individual General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Gift Card cannot be exchanged, resold, refunded (even partially), credited to a bank card, bank account or another Gift Card, and cannot give rise to any cash change.

It cannot be reloaded. It will not be replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft, damage or expiry (one year).

Delivery conditions

Digital Gift Card:
Free. Received by email within an average of 5 to 10 minutes.

Physical Gift Card:
Shipping fees apply per postal address (€12). Average delivery time: 3 to 6 working days.
