When and how should I activate my Filotomatix?
- In presale (up to the day before your visit): If you have already purchased your Filotomatix on the Parc Astérix website, you can now download the Parc Astérix app. On the day of your visit, log in to the app with the email address you provided during the purchase and find your Filotomatix in the "Filotomatix" tab.
- On the day of your visit: Download the Parc Astérix app and create an account from your phone with a valid email address; products are available for purchase directly from the app (subject to availability).
To view your Filotomatix, go to the "Filotomatix" tab. This page will lead you to the various attractions you can use with your Filotomatix: tap on the attraction for which you want to reserve your spot in the queue and press "Reserve." Once the waiting time has elapsed, you will have 30 minutes to access the attraction. You will then need to present yourself at the queue dedicated to Filotomatix and show your QR code to the attraction operators.
Visitors with a "Premium Day" ticket must also activate their Filotomatix on the app by logging in with the email address provided during the order.
