Easy access to the attractions
Attraction boarding rules and procedures
An accessibility guide and a wristband will be given to you upon your arrival at the park.
It will allow you to use a specific access with 3 accompanying persons.
It can only be used by the wristband holder. If you are not going on the attraction, your companions will have to take the main queue.
Easy access does not allow you to choose your place on board the boats.
The "Easy Access" wristband is personal and must be presented to the operators of the attractions with this guide map on which your "reserved route" will be specified in order to facilitate your visit.
If an attraction is very busy, easy access may be postponed, in which case you will be asked to report to the attraction later.
Easy access is non-transferable and valid only on the day indicated on the wristband. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the wristband being removed without being able to claim a refund for entrance tickets or compensation of any kind. Please note that if the wristband is removed it will not be replaced under any circumstances.
