The internal alert system

Compagnie des Alpes provides an alert system that enables its employees and external stakeholders to report breaches of laws and the Group’s internal rules. 

 

The alert system allows you to report, in particular:

 

- Breaches of the Compagnie des Alpes Code of Conduct;

- Acts of corruption or influence peddling;

- Situations involving conflicts of interest;

- Fraudulent acts;

- Money laundering activities;

- Breaches relating to the protection of personal data;

- Threats to the security of information systems;

- Breaches of the duty of vigilance concerning human rights and fundamental freedoms, health and safety at work, and environmental protection.

Reports collected through this alert system are handled by the Ethics Officer in a confidential and independent manner, in compliance with applicable legislation. The use of the platform allows the person submitting the report to remain anonymous if they wish.
