Having a priority wristband due to my disability, I went to an attraction accompanied by my son. Just as we were about to board, I felt unwell and decided to get off the ride as a precaution, leaving my son, who was already seated, to enjoy it alone. To my great surprise, your employee then asked my 11-year-old son to get off the ride, forcing him to wait in line for approximately 50 minutes again, simply because I was no longer there. This situation was incomprehensible and deeply humiliating for him. I sincerely regret this lack of judgment and humanity, especially in a context where welcoming and assisting people with disabilities should be a priority. This decision, in my opinion, goes against the spirit of the park.

The waiting time was too long compared to the ride time, especially for some attractions where the sensations were disappointing (like Romulus and Rapidus).
