Just a little bit of waiting
Extremely disappointed, I even regret buying my annual pass. There's always a problem. Either I book a hotel for the evening show and, as luck would have it, there's no drone, or I wait over 45 minutes for an attraction even though it says 30 and the ride is drastically shortened... or I invite a friend, I wait in line and then they tell me it's closed even though the other ticket booth is closed. The queues are never monitored; there are always loads of people forcing their way through, or the attraction breaks down right when it's our turn, or worse, we get stuck inside in the middle of a heatwave! In short, it's awful.
We had a wonderful time as a family; the children loved it. However, I feel there's a need to improve the quality of customer service with your staff, which is truly poor due to a lack of politeness, interest, and competence. It's a day trip costing almost €500, so the service should be commensurate. The park has some excellent attractions. We were disappointed with the shows because the sets are incredible compared to the grotesque staging. My 7-year-old daughter said it was rubbish. It's a shame.

Great park.
We ate at the lakeside restaurant. The food was good quality and the prices reasonable for an amusement park. However, the service from the waiters definitely needs improvement. Not a single greeting, several wrong dishes, and not even an "excuse us"... it's a shame!
