Excellent amusement park, I loved the different stays spent with my son during this year 2025 (including once with my daughter 😉) You have to be patient, sometimes a lot, before reaching the Grail: Toutatis is really too great.
Very poor crowd management. Out of 50 attractions offered, we were able to do a maximum of 10 thanks to the PSH pass. More than 2 hours in line for the toutatis. I noticed that sometimes staff left attractions empty while people were waiting for their turn. In short, to review and above all take a model from Disney park because there, in one day we could do all the attractions and sometimes for some even several times
The staff is not friendly at all. No magic like in other competitive parks. Many places under construction (unsightly). At nightfall, we navigate with the phone light because some places are dark. Nothing or almost nothing sheltered (with polar temperatures like at the moment or in full sun in summer, that poses a serious problem). Lots of attractions out of order (supposedly because of the cold). And the most painful: they are unable to predict waiting times. If it says 30’ queue, plan on waiting for more than an hour. That’s frankly infuriating mr. I can't imagine how long we actually wait for 120' displayed! It’s an expensive outing and the value for money isn’t crazy.
We came as a family for 2 days to the park on December 24 and 25, superb sensational attractions guaranteed, especially everything, we found the restaurants and snack bars extremely expensive, especially since it is not as good as that, the waffles are frozen and sold at €4.60, the chocolate pit we should review the reduction in your prices for people with reduced mobility, we are not allowed 2 visits during the day, which I find disappointing and frustrating, at Disneyland we can access several times in the day at the same attractions even twice in a row without leaving the ride! too bad, the women's toilets are extremely roomy. we were extremely cold as well as all visitors remember to study for rooms where visitors can warm up. in view of the cold 3 hours at the end
Never disappointed, my son is always happy with these days at the park!
Good morning. I am very disappointed with my visit. A large part of the park is closed. Attractions were closed or broken. I am really disappointed and my 3 children even more so. I'm not sure I'll come back.
Very disappointed with our day at the park it must have been a very nice memory with the children who got the tickets for their Christmas presents knowing that for a family of 6 a hell of a budget! In the end 4 games played during the day. I don’t understand why opening at 11 a.m. knowing that there are a lot of people was planned for that day! Arriving first in line for a ride, we waited 30 minutes in line for nothing because the games never opened! The queue at the games could be reduced if the staff were distributed in the right place (5 people at the winter sleds and only one person to manage an octopus?) Moreover, some rides are not full before starting!! A day with a bitter taste…
We had a great day, the sun was shining and the fireworks to end the day during the Christmas holidays were great. Mulled wine was also welcome.
The staff lacks politeness and professionalism. We are very far from the quality of Disney cast members
