Poorly estimated waiting time was double each time Too many attractions closed in the morning so a lot of waiting for others We will not return because we are disappointed with our stay.
Disappointed for the commercial side. In fact one of my grandchildren being sick there were 4 of us instead of 5 I asked for a refund not possible I asked by adding the difference 4 skip the line not possible

Staff not in the magic of a park especially at holiday time No hello, ultra strict, not smiling, whether in attractions, shops or restaurants. It doesn't allow you to completely escape. You buy a photo that they throw at you in the bank without a goodbye, nothing!
Too bad between stops of attractions, endless queues with this queue skipper. The queue jumper is poorly managed by the staff. There is also the official waiting time on the app and in reality. For the Pegasus attraction, waiting time displayed is 40-45 minutes. Reality more than two hours in line. Waste of time or I would have preferred to walk and enjoy the park, Little things to review for next year.
Still so pleasant. I recommend without hesitation!
A very nice day at the park. The sun was out and the atmosphere was festive. The only negative point being the paid parking at 20 euros. It’s just racketeering!
