We had a medical issue, and my daughter received excellent care. Thank you to everyone. As soon as we returned to the park, the staff checked on her throughout the day.
A family day out, but we didn't have time to do everything because of delays on two of the park's main attractions. A technical breakdown in the middle of August—I understand that, but the delays added up, and the children got impatient too. It's a shame that at the entrance of each attraction, we didn't know what we were getting into. And the highlight of the day was that the next day I discovered an offer for a free grandparent ticket with a young child, which was exactly our situation! I had booked Smart Tickets directly on the website without being offered this deal, and there was no compensation after my request. The souvenirs are outrageously expensive! What a shame when some places have attractive prices. The park itself is very clean and the scenery is great! I wouldn't make the 2.5-hour drive to this park again.
Lovely park, clean, magnificent setting, incredible show, but a smile or a hello from the staff would be a plus.
Particularly disappointed by the wait times and two attractions with technical problems (Pirate Revenge and the new Cetotomatix...). Also, during our wait at Toutatis, the queue was disrupted by three individuals, with no security personnel to intervene. Seven attractions in one day, from 10 am to 9 pm, very disappointing.
A pleasant day out for the whole family, for all ages, with attractions that cater to everyone who wants to experience an unforgettable day.
Very good, however, it's a shame that the double payment I made with the Flex Unlimited Pass wasn't refunded when I booked lunch at one of the park's restaurants. Despite my email request, customer service refused the refund. Paying for a meal that won't be eaten is frustrating. So, I wasn't aware of this, and it wasn't specified, but when you book a meal, do it when you buy your tickets, not afterward. Otherwise, if you reschedule your day at the park with the Flex pass, your meals won't be refunded. Customer service could have made a gesture. What a shame.
Honestly, it was excellent, especially the thrill rides. Even though they were scary, it went very well and the children were very happy.
