Great nothing to say

The staff was amazing!!! From reception to the second security barrier inside the park!!

Parc Astérix seduces with its size, its immersive and long attractions, and its varied roller coasters, including Toutatis, a true masterpiece. The management is efficient (e.g. carts for personal effects), the shows like C’est du délire, the Halloween parade and the night shows are remarkable. Special mention to the clandestine bar, original idea. To improve: attendance sometimes problematic (incivility, lines not respected), overly complex skip-the-line system, expensive and poorly equipped parking (20 € for gravel), aging theme of certain areas, and discomfort of Tonner de Zeux (a Titan Track retrack would be a dream). Stopping the sale of season passes without any prior communication at the end of September...

Hello Park that I frequent several times a year and for around 25 years The attractions are pretty much the same Lacking new features But the biggest downside is the lack of customers welcomed. Too many people So few attractions to do over time

WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE during the nights! Excessive waiting time at vrm attractions

Superb attractions and entertainment but poor organization. I didn't like the lack of information on arrival by RER, the long wait at the shuttle, the plans that were difficult to understand and the stress of the filomatix being too complicated for me. Also the hotel offer is only reserved for families without separate rooms even in large suites... Too bad.

Fans of the park, we were however disappointed this year on a few points. We took annual passes for the first time. During the Halloween season, we were turned away at the park entrance on a busy day because the park does not allow reservations for pass holders. We pay a lot to access the park all year round but when there are people there they no longer need us so we can look elsewhere.... Funny way to build customer loyalty. We were also regularly disappointed by the lack of involvement of many members of staff, who were very slow, not always friendly or competent, and some of whom did not hesitate to lie to make life easier. Fortunately there are some great ones in the middle to catch up!

After 4 years without doing the Peur sur le Parc evening, return with colleagues. Unlike my first time where we were able to do all the haunted houses and a few attractions, this year was a big disappointment. The park seemed far too crowded and did not allow for even the haunted houses to be seen in the same evening. Results only 3 houses out of 7 do which is a shame for an evening where we come expressly for that. However, they still remain as high quality and the actors are excellent!!!

Amusement park that I love! Very diverse attraction proposals that allow different sensations of all types :-). The staff is smiling and friendly, which is different from some parks. The Halloween atmosphere was there.
