A very welcoming park, staff at the top of the fantastic decorations, a very well-respected and very scary Halloween event… It was a perfect day.
It is quite a shame to smell of cannabis in the paths of the park. I find it a little lacking in security.
Disappointing day! Kilometers of traffic jams on the highway to reach the park, endless queues all day long, many attractions closed,... No information given the same day, only to then learn from the press that the park was disrupted by a strike by certain employees. No, a very disappointing and frustrating experience for us, and our children who were waiting for this moment with joy and impatience!
My son and I are starting to get to know the park very well because we have season passes for the 2nd year in a row and this was our 3rd stay at the Cité Suspendue. Experiences all generally satisfactory except the last time when we were confronted with a leaking toilet in our room.

Attractions with sensations guaranteed!! However, many attractions broke down... I only did 5 attractions in one day, I find it shameful for the price offered. Poorly maintained park…
Peur sur le Parc is, like every year, a real treat! The atmosphere is immersive from start to finish, the decorations are neat and the Halloween activities are truly successful. We loved the thrills, the haunted houses and the general atmosphere which immediately puts you into the Halloween spirit. It’s an experience that we highly recommend to anyone looking for thrills and an unforgettable outing this time of year.
I have already written to the contact page without any response. Opening 30 minutes late, one hour for some attractions. The staff tells us that due to a technical breakdown it is better to leave an attraction (after 1 hour 15 minutes in line). 5 minutes later it works. Result 4 attractions in one day, for friends who discovered they are not motivated to come back…. The staff blames this on strikes... ashamed to endure this, we are customers like others
