We had a great time as a family. The phone call is really essential and clearly we find it really expensive. Another subject at the time of ordering, there was a bug which required us to redo the operation and we ended up receiving the first order, then the second which we redid and are therefore awaiting reimbursement of €334. Customer service on this point was responsive. On the other hand, he tells us that there will be a month delay or reimbursement, which is also a bit long!

Hello to you! If you plan to go to Parc Astérix for a night out, like I did on November 10, prepare yourself psychologically! We were super motivated to enjoy the attractions until 1am, but the reality was a bit disappointing. It's simple, there were too many people. We waited in line for 80 minutes for the main attractions and even 45 minutes for the haunted houses. It's frustrating to think that between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m., we were only able to do 5 activities! It's a shame because the atmosphere was there, but the time spent waiting greatly reduces the pleasure. I really felt like I was unlucky that day. If you go, cross your fingers that there are fewer people, otherwise your play time will be very limited!
Too much queue 😩😩😩
For the penultimate night there were too many people. We were only able to do 4 attractions even though we arrived at 7 p.m. and left at 1 a.m. I have the impression that the places were oversold compared to the actual capacity of the park. The proof: my cousin was unable to get a ticket online because it was full and yet on site she bought 2 tickets at 8 p.m. the same evening of the night. Also, we already paid 51€ per person for the night and we had to add 5€ for a haunted house inside the park. Haunted house that isn't even scary and takes less than 3 minutes. Also, the walls of this haunted house are made of granite, so we got hurt a lot by the number of people there and the jostling.

Very good park for people looking for thrills. Very comfortable hotels. Very practical fast pass.
I have never been so bored at Parc Astérix 1h40! Waiting for barely 30 seconds of attraction where we don't even have time to have fun. I paid almost 100€ for me and my little sister and I'm disappointed the park is no longer like before.
