Orientation in the park and lousy map and no person on site to direct us. Staff at attractions are not always pleasant
My experience was very disappointing. I found the staff extremely incompetent. Many of the employees seemed untrained and didn't even know the park. On several occasions, when we asked very simple questions (where the toilets are, an attraction, the entrance to the “filotomatix queue jump”) they don't know and don't even try to help you. I was also struck by the attitude of many of the staff. I would say that around one in two people were unpleasant, nonchalant, with a very clear impression of not wanting to work.

My grandchildren had a blast. It's a shame that the waiting time is so long and that the price for the passes is very expensive.
The atmosphere is calm, the background music contributes. There are no more explosions in the cruise cave, it's better. All this does not take away from the sensations of the attractions. Philip
The park is very good, our teenagers loved it. The lake restaurant, where we had lunch, is old and poorly maintained, but the quality of the meals is excellent, we really liked it. We particularly appreciated that there weren't too many people in the middle of summer, it was very pleasant! We will come back and try one of the hotels.
