To stay in our hotels when you have a disability: you can call the Contact Centre or book online.
Once at the hotel, the disabled person and his or her family can go to the desk dedicated to them. This desk is at wheelchair level.
The rooms are also adapted. They are equipped with a larger space in the bathroom, a folding seat in the shower and a handrail. The restaurants are also accessible on the ground floor or with a lift at The Three Owls Hotel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Visitors with disabilities are allowed to board each attraction with a maximum of 3 companions. This must include 1 carer who is at least 15 years old and able to assist the person with a disability whenever necessary.
The carer price is available for a maximum of 1 carer aged 15 or over, in addition to the person with a disability, on the day of their visit.

All our shops are wheelchair accessible. However, some of them have a small step.
Priority access is available when you show the original of a valid National Disability Card at the access point. This will allow you to obtain the Accessibility Pass for Visitors with Disabilities.
To use the Accessibility Pass, a smartphone is required to access the Parc Astérix mobile application.

Yes, please inform the parking attendant, who will direct you to the reserved spaces. These are located in car parks P1 and P2, near the ticket offices.

At the reception desk at the parkentrance, you can rent a wheelchair for €15 per day (+ a €50 cash deposit) upon presentation of an identity document. Please note that the number of wheelchairs available is limited.
