Hello.We spent a lot of our time waiting for attractions that ended up being interrupted or delayed. Toutatis, which we were impatiently waiting for, was delayed several times. Goudurix also experienced interruptions. Finally, while we were waiting in line for OzIris, the attraction was also announced as unavailable. In these three cases, we were already in line and had to leave without being able to access the attractions. In the end, we spent a large part of the day changing lines or waiting without being able to enjoy the planned attractions. Faced with these numerous disturbances, we even decided to leave the park early. This is why we hope that a commercial gesturethank you

In 2 words: VERY DISAPPOINTED! I don't think I'll return there for several years. The price of the ticket is excessive compared to the number of attractions that can be seen. The reasons are various but for my part, the queues are TOO TOO long, especially since the atmosphere in them is terrible. Many people overtake, especially teenagers, without the slightest scruples and polite expressions, awful! Also, the unavailability of certain attractions SEVERAL times in the same day wastes a lot of time. The queue jumpers sold further extend the queues by several tens of minutes. Disastrous experience.

Great first experience in the park. I like thrill rides and those in the park are clearly up to the task 😍 Thanks to the staff for their smile 😊

Nice attractions, but too long waiting time. I will not renew.

I can't get a refund for 2 out of 3 places, i.e. 90 euros, because I had to move our visit because of the baccalaureate exams which were moved to the day we were supposed to go to the park. I bought 3 places because I understood by email that it was possible if summons as proof...except that I was not told that I could not pay for the 3 young people at the same time. Each parent would have had to pay for their child. This is scandalous! No one has responded to my emails since purchasing my 3 seats...who can help me?

The person on the call told us that the hold pass allows you to have priority access to all attractions for €55 per person. We took it but 4 attractions at 12€ each were excluded. It's not very fair play
