The stay was great but a quick question, is there a supplement when purchasing tickets to get a smile from the park staff? Of all the people we saw over 2 days only 3/4 people were smiling but the others were unpleasant and spoke in an aggressive tone for some. Like an impression that customers are bothering the staff… Other than that, the room was very nice even if a little lacking in decoration for our taste. Regarding the attractions, they are really great and for the whole family

Overall very positive experience at Parc Astérix, which remains a very beautiful park, with great attractions and a real dynamic of investment and renewal of the universes. Bravo for this approach, which is reflected in the general quality of the park. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the welcome at the restaurant Les Comptoirs d’Epidemaïs. The included drinks had to be requested three times, and we finally had to get up to request a pick-up, also twice. The service clearly lacked availability, warmth and a sense of welcome. It’s a shame, because it contrasts with the rest of the experience, which was very pleasant. An improvement in the quality of service and the attention paid to visitors would be really appreciated.
Parking 20 euros excessive, no easy and affordable public transport, more customers would mean waits of 2 hours per attraction, too much waiting at attractions of 45 to 90 minutes like at Disney, it becomes expensive 5 to 6 attractions per full day. Disappointed.
Too many people, too much waiting, so only 4 attractions in 7 hours….it ruins the fun and the ride/price ratio is no longer very interesting

We weren't able to take advantage of all the attractions, 90 minutes of waiting on average, too many people, and a lot of incivility from young people who had no respect for families, they cut queues, spoke extremely badly while surrounded by children, they pushed etc... a very difficult day, it's a shame.
