The park itself is very good, however everything inside is expensive and especially the unsupervised parking: €20. Don't overdo it though.

Frankly everything is great, but we feel that the employees are not happy, they do not have the spirit of the party.
This is the first time I have had a season pass, but I didn't know that I specifically had to go and have it scanned at a gatehouse and an automatic terminal. The employee was not necessarily pleasant and just said "this way" without clearly telling me I had to go. With the reflections I couldn't see that there was anyone in the gatehouse. It’s a detail but meeting someone a little grumpy for our first interaction is a shame.
Hello, I am contacting you following my visit to Parc Astérix with my family. I bought a granita in one of your stands, but it was much too liquid and did not correspond to the expected product. When I reported the problem to the saleswoman, her attitude was particularly unpleasant. She indicated to me that she was only there to serve and did not try to help me. When I asked her where to find another slushy stand, she said she didn't know. I eventually had to look for another outlet in the park myself to get a decent slushie. I am disappointed both by the quality of the product sold and by the welcome I received. Given this bad experience, I would like a refund
As a ParkFan and CoasterFan, I can say one thing, the park has improved year after year and it's very nice to see. I went to Parc Astérix, it was over 30 degrees, it was hell. Some attractions suffer from the heat and become slap simulators more than anything else. Goudurix was horrible. Thunder 2 Zeus was also horrible and the express pegaze vibrates enormously. The day was nice but I came away from it as not being a great day. Looking forward to seeing what’s new in 2028. Otherwise Oziris, Toutatis and Cétautomatix are excellent.
