Honestly disappointed with our day... I came to the park on Monday May 25 with some friends and I really enjoyed it. Paying €45 for a ticket to spend the day experiencing serial attraction breakdowns is super frustrating. We waited in line for more than an hour twice in full sun at 35 degrees only for the attraction to close at the last moment before our eyes. We left tired, disappointed and with the impression of having thrown our money out the window. I really hope that customer service does something because the experience leaves a really bitter taste.

Far too much incivility. No one from the park to control this. “Young people” who move up the queue because “I have to join my group” and this 12 times in one day! And no one said anything... when I said stop, I got pushed and yelled at by certain people. Horrible mentality. I prefer Europaparc: better atmosphere, no incivility, you feel more in Europe. It’s a shame because the rides are good.

Parc Astérix is one of my favorites but I was disappointed with the welcome from the attraction operators. I had the impression of being part of a herd of cattle... a member of our group felt unwell in the attraction and on the way out instead of giving him time to come to his senses, they rushed us to collect our bags and leave the attraction... and this kind of welcome was almost present on each attraction which was a shame A smile must remain essential as well as courtesy, especially when faced with a group that smiles, is friendly and only seeks interaction 😅
For people with disabilities, be careful with lots of steps at attractions. On the other hand, the staff systematically helps you and slows down or even stops the attraction to ride it quietly whenever possible and it's really great!!!
