The park staff is not friendly, disrespectful at each attraction and it is the only park where the operators press the harness so hard, almost laughing like schoolchildren.
Great day and well done for the kindness of the people who work there An improvement; the readability of the park, the indication of the rides remain to be improved and the app too; for example: sort rides by age, suggest an itinerary. We were a little lost… but wonderful day. !
Some things to improve and which would make the experience more pleasant (parking at the entrance which creates traffic jams and which is not maintained, attractions which break down). I found the park cleaner than in recent years. Good food but expensive. Nice decoration but could do better (especially in the courses on an attraction)

It’s always a pleasure to come, young and old, there’s something for everyone. A real plus for the park staff who are really nice, it goes a long way towards making the day go smoothly!!
Every time I come to the park I have the same thought: top attractions, nice environment, but generally very unpleasant and inefficient staff, the catering being the downside. The welcome and the way of addressing customers are simply scandalous at all levels. Concrete example: at Tonnerre 2 Zeus, I handed my handbag to one of the young girls before the attraction, and when I left my bag was nowhere to be found, not in the boxes provided for this purpose. It had been put I don't know where, it lasted 15 minutes before it was found. At no time was I offered an apology for this very stressful mistake, even worse, I was almost sent away. Unreal! The Disney staff is 1000 times more pleasant and competent. Recruit and train better!
