I had a great day at Parc Astérix thanks to my premium pass, which really allowed me to make the most of the park. Despite sometimes long queues, the atmosphere remained pleasant and the attractions were clearly worth the detour. The staff was particularly kind and cheerful throughout the day, which made the experience even more pleasant. A successful visit overall.
I had a very disappointing experience during my visit to your park on April 26. During my visit to the Goudurix attraction, I was confronted with a particularly unpleasant situation with a member of your staff. This person was disrespectful in the way they communicated, using gestures. I tried to remain calm, but without a clear explanation, I was asked to leave the attraction. This attitude seemed unjustified to me and above all contrary to the quality of welcome that we have the right to expect in your park. This incident unfortunately tarnished my day, even though I came to have a pleasant time.
The children loved it, experienced strong emotions and I am delighted for that. Be careful with the attraction Romus and Rapidus, it's misleading...
