Being disabled I pay 54€ for a ticket and I am told that I need a bracelet + a completed piece of paper + an application to be able to do the attractions because I am in a wheelchair no one can find the solution because the email address of the ticket does not come back result 54€ ticket + 20€ parking to do an attraction because only this nice gentleman understood the situation and we let all the others pass we refused

We had a very good day, the children loved it, we were able to do quite a few attractions during the day.
Park Very good we had fun as a family. Small downside for measuring the children at reception there are a lot of people and the person goes very quickly. I didn't pay attention, she gave a bracelet to my 1.20m daughter and we arrived at an attraction where it was a minimum of 1.20m luckily it measured again because in fact she was 1.13m so we made a baby switch.
Very beautiful park, too much wait, 1 hour per attraction. We came from a long way (5 hours drive) with a 7 year old daughter and an 11 year old daughter and we did barely ten attractions with 3 breakdowns in the 3 biggest ones. So.1 where my daughter and my husband got stuck, the Toutatis. Including a nearby hotel in St Witz, the catering spent almost €700 for 1 day of paec knowing that there was a free children's entry promotion. We didn't have time to see a single show, we didn't have time to look at the sets, only the 4D cinema allowed us to breathe because everyone was running in this park. The children are happy, my husband too, I'm a little frustrated and disappointed with the surprise I gave them because we didn't take our time
The sensations provided are beyond our expectations. Thanks also to the maintenance staff: it is very rare to find such clean toilets and an impressive number of trash cans available.
Excellent park, lots of thrills for all ages. The only downside is the attractions which regularly close due to a breakdown?! We wait….. and no information
As always we had a great day at the park! Having 4 children of different ages, everyone has fun on their own, everyone goes their own way except the little one with whom I enjoy doing the attractions for children which are very diverse...
Very good day with the family in the warm Gallic atmosphere. A good number of attractions to satisfy our thirst for sensations, notably Toutatis. Mobile phone charging stations for troubleshooting. And a few benches to take a break ;-)
