My son with a disability was refused Philomatique because the person who gave Philomatique for people with disabilities, asked to access my personal space at the MDPH, telling me that without that she could not give me putties, I presented him with all the documents however and despite this we were refused Philomatique, which was very restrictive for a disabled child
Circulation in the park is quite easy thanks to the displays of attractions near or further away. Using a Filotomatix pass is very practical. We had the Silver pass and were able to do as many attractions as possible thanks to time management by the application
To do again but take the Pass, to avoid hours of queue.
My visit to Parc Astérix was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The park is very well organized, clean and perfectly suitable for all ages. The attractions are varied, sensational and faithful to the world of Asterix, with total immersion. Waiting times remain reasonable and the staff is smiling, available and very professional. The shows are of high quality and bring real added value to the day. In terms of catering, there is a choice for all tastes. I leave with excellent memories and the desire to return quickly. A successful day that I recommend without hesitation.
Unacceptable to accept so many people.. my son has to do 5 attractions.. at the price of your park it's shameful. Dish booked online, your staff doesn't even know what you're entitled to... a real shame...
Visit for Christmas. Many attractions were closed. The waiting time for others was several hours. During an all-day tour, only three attractions were ridden and over 7 hours were spent in queues.
