I'm disappointed, I don't understand why the park opens in winter. I don't find it suitable at all. We are cold in queues, in the toilets…. Some attractions are closed. The staff is not very friendly, we feel tired even though the park has just reopened… At the price of the stay, solutions for heating can be found, brazier, hot water in the WC, heating, etc. The atmosphere is not magical or almost non-existent….
Queues that are much too long for those who cannot afford to skip the line. The announcements of delays before getting on the attractions are incorrect, probably so as not to discourage people. Shown at 70 minutes wait, I got on the attraction 120 minutes later. Paying 20 euros to park is unjustified. Too bad because the park obviously offers some great thrill rides but I was only able to try one. Beautiful Christmas decor and nice fireworks to end the day.
Between 50 and 90 minutes of waiting at thrilling attractions is crazy. Very few attractions open at 10:30 a.m. Many attractions closed during the day for several hours. Few places to eat indoors, and one of the only restaurants closed. Energy-intensive application targeting the battery in a few hours. Skip the line pass inoperative: you still have to queue for a while. The park is not worth the price paid (9 people!).
The day was fantastic despite the cold and the construction zones. We took advantage of it. The only downside was that at the very end of the day, around 5 p.m., an employee with detestable behavior, to put it mildly, made our son cry by refusing to let me do the helicopter ride with him. Knowing that there was hardly anyone there and that we had done it together several times during the day, what was the point for her? Gratuitous nastiness has no place in an amusement park. We were extremely shocked because the staff were overall very attentive and friendly.

Too many people and priority passes This considerably lengthens the waiting time. We came from Belgium for a family day and my children only did 2 attractions!!!! Very very disappointed with this park
