Too many waits at attractions
TOO MANY PEOPLE! 2 HOURS WAIT FOR A 45 SECOND ATTRACTION! DO YOU STILL NEED TO PURCHASE A PRIORITY PASS TO FULLY BENEFIT!
Two negative points, the prices of certain products are a little expensive (4 chocolate waffles, 3 hot chocolates and a coffee more than €40) The second we wanted to taste the croiffles after 30 minutes of waiting for 5 customers in front of us, no more product said in a non-catchy manner, we take a waffle we are asked what we want on it we ask for pistachio we are told there is only chocolate left. Why ask in this case. Otherwise waiting but I don't mind that because there were a lot of us in the park
No understanding at the staff level, unwelcoming staff, high parking rates even for disabled people. Complex procedure for disabled people (bracelet, map, code, etc.) not at all on the same level as Disney…
Very dirty park, the state of the attractions gives the impression more of being in a funfair than a nationally known park. The staff is not welcoming, we say hello and goodbye, we get no response. The signage for PMR is poorly done, you get lost between the application and the bracelet as well as to access the attractions. We are not returning to this park anytime soon given the lack of maintenance and cleaning of the attractions and decorations. We had lunch at the circus buffet and it was cold even though it had just opened, the labels on the dishes were mixed up, the smell of the toilets was horrible. All for almost €100 for two adults and a child.
A little more sympathy from some park employees would perhaps allow us to give a higher rating!
Second visit to the park in six months, and still just as much fun. The welcome is warm, the staff pleasant and available. The shows have evolved over the season, which brings real novelty. Always a pleasant experience!
Too many lines and waiting in the cold! Catering not up to par
Too many waits at attractions. Often broken down.
