Superb thrill rides, the best walls ever; but catastrophic organization, they let in too many people in the park! We had between 1h30 and 2h15 in line per attraction, being there 30 minutes before opening and until the end, we were only able to do 5 attractions all day. Noo pi we were very disappointed.
We were very disappointed with our visit to this amusement park. We witnessed a situation that we felt was discrimination: an employee refused access to a game to our children on the pretext that they were over 1.40m tall and they were shorter, and he let other children who were clearly taller ride. No clear or coherent explanation was given to us. Additionally, many attractions were regularly broken down. After long minutes of waiting, sometimes hours, we were finally told of a technical problem and asked to go to another game, without apology or compensation. This happened several times, which greatly spoiled the experience, especially for the children. We leave disappointed and do not recommend.
Superb park with lots of attractions for young and old, much better than Disneyland and cheaper.
Lots of work, fewer quiet attractions therefore fewer things to do for those who cannot do thrilling attractions. Very beautiful Christmas decorations, it was magical with a beautiful parade and a very cute evening show. Less choice in stores than before (more than stuffed animals, cups, and clothes)... Thank you for the giant braziers which allowed us to warm up!

Park as pleasant as ever for teenagers and adults
Too much waiting but there is nothing more you can do except pay. Overall the rides are great. The phone app is very useful. Everything is ok except for the queues.
Far too much waiting even in the filotomatix queues (we had the bronze filotomatix and we waited 38 minutes for Pégase having already done the virtual queue of 1h10….). It is very problematic that no one comes to scan the filotomatix at the entrance to the attractions dedicated to the filotomatix, there is never anyone to do it in the filotomatix cabins which are always empty... (I understand that this is a personnel problem but it is a big black spot in the park) Time indicated for the attractions distorted (we waited 1 hour 20 minutes for toutatis when it was indicated 40 minutes and yet it was the end of the day… Very disappointed with my last visit on December 30 even though I have been coming to the park regularly for over 35 years…
