*The Disability Accessibility Pass is a free skip-the-line service, valid for one visitor with a disability + three companions.
Accompanying persons :
Visitors with disabilities are allowed to board each attraction with a maximum of 3 companions.
Among the 3 companions, at least 1 must be 15 years old or older and able to assist the person with a disability they are accompanying whenever necessary.
Our employees are not authorized or trained to physically help visitors. It is therefore the responsibility of the accompanying person to physically help the person with a disability to get on or off the attraction.
If you are a family of more than 4 people, only the beneficiary of the facilitated access and his 3 companions will be able to use the specific alternative accesses; the rest of the group will have to line up.
