VISIT PARC ASTÉRIX IN THE SUNSHINE

Discover the Park’s seven water attractions and feel the exhilaration of their aquatic thrills.

Start with La Revanche des Pirates - Grand Splatch with its waves and water jets. Continue with Menhir Express and its spectacular 43ft drop for refreshing thrills and spills. Then plunge into the tumultuous rapids of Romus et Rapidus – perfect for cooling off while having fun. Be drawn into a giant spiral with L’Oxygénarium, a cool, whirling, adrenalin-rush descent. For a guaranteed splash, climb aboard the small boats of Hydrolix.

For a more leisurely but just as refreshing ride, Epidemaïs Croisière shows you scenes from Gaulish life, with water effects to keep you cool. Finally, round off your day with La Rivière d’Elis, a leisurely trip through landscapes inspired by Ancient Greece.

WHEN TO COME TO PARK ASTÉRIX

Here are a few suggestions about the ideal time to visit to make the most of Parc Astérix:

Spring (April-May): This period generally offers pleasant temperatures and sunny days, without being too hot. Visitor numbers are often lower than in the summer months.
Early summer (June): The days are longer and the weather is often favourable for enjoying the outdoor attractions. This is a good time to avoid the heat and crowds of peak summer.
End of summer (September): After the summer period, September still offers pleasant weather conditions, but is less busy than July and August.
Special periods: Parc Astérix organises special events throughout the year, such as Peur sur le Parc during Halloween or Noël Gaulois at Christmas, which add a themed touch and can offer a unique experience.
